Search results for "India street cameras" are full of directories claiming thousands of "public" feeds. Most of those are unsecured private CCTV — shops, homes, offices — that were never meant to be public, just poorly configured. Watching them isn't really "public access," it's watching someone's exposed security camera without their knowledge.
This page only links to feeds the owner chose to broadcast: a temple trust running its own darshan stream, a government portal, or a directory that licenses landmark feeds rather than scraping them. If a feed disappears or moves, that's usually the owner tightening things up — a good sign, not a bug to route around.
